We offer the following packages:

 

 Move Out Cleaning
​

Once you are done moving out your belongings, we will clean your house following our deep cleaning standard (see below) and the guideline provided by your landlord.

 Move In Cleaning
​

        This is a light deep clean to tackle any missed spots from the landlord / seller cleaning crew, the dust and dirt from when the place was still on the market. Overall, it is to ensure that you are not settling in a dusty house.

 Move Out + In Cleaning

We offer a combined move-in cleaning and move out clean package at a discounted rate.

 POST-Remodeling Cleaning
​

        We will offer a deep clean of the house or the area that you remodeled following our deep cleaning standards (see below) and your guidelines.

Cleaning GUIDE

in an empty  house, we will

  • dust cobwebs

  • wipe the ceiling, the walls and the baseboards

  • vacuum and mop hard floors

  • vacuum carpets

  • clean windows (inside and out), frames and sills

  • [extra*] wash carpets

 

In the Kitchen(s) , we will clean 

  • the sink area ( sink, faucets, …), 

  • the countertop, 

  • the stove 

  • inside and outside the cabinets,  dishwasher, the fridge, the microwave, the oven ...

 

In the Bathroom(s) , we will clean 

  • the sink area ( sink, faucets, mirror) 

  • Inside and outside cabinets doors, 

  • the toilet area (toilet bowl, seat, bidet, ….)

  • the tub / Shower


 

* Tasks that will be performed if deemed necessary. You will be charged an extra fee for them.
