Before the construction is completed: Quote, Cleaning Guides, and Deadlines

Final Cleaning Phase 1: Pick-Up & Debris Hauling
Right After the construction is completed: Initial removal of construction debris, trash, plastics, stickers, etc.

Final Cleaning Phase 2A: Interior Cleaning
Deep cleaning of all rooms, floors, walls, appliances, light fixtures, windows, etc.

Final Cleaning Phase 2B: Interior Touch Ups & Trash Hauling
Checking up for mistakes, Touch Ups & trash hauling.

Final Cleaning Phase 3: Exterior Cleaning
Power washing, window cleaning ( exterior side only) , etc

Final Cleaning Phase 4 : Contractor key handover
Contractor quality check and touch-ups ( if applicable).
