How to Use IT?


While using a degreaser is straightforward, it's crucial to follow the instructions to achieve the best results and avoid any potential damage. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to use Dawn degreaser effectively:


  1. Apply the Degreaser.

    Spray the Dawn degreaser directly onto the greasy areas of your cooktop. Be generous with the application, especially on heavily soiled spots.


  2. Wait.

    Allow the degreaser to sit for a few minutes. This waiting period is essential as it gives the product time to break down the grease and grime.


  3. Rinse with  a rag.

    After letting the degreaser work its magic, use a wet rag to wipe away the product. Dawn specifically advises rinsing the area with a wet rag to ensure all the degreaser is removed, leaving your stove clean and residue-free.


  4. Dry and Polish.

    Finally, use a dry cloth to wipe the surface dry. This step helps in preventing streaks and leaves your cooktop looking shiny and new.
