Like every issue in life, it is best to tackle it at the root. So, You have to understand how your bathroom gets dirty first.
Recognize your Patterns
What do you observe the most in your bathroom?
Clothes on the floor => Organization Issues
makeup smears on the sink and wall => Cleaning Habits
toilet stains => Cleaning Habits
tiles or porcelain tub getting dull over time => Cleaning Habits
mold (pink, black, or white) in tubs are common issues => Special Care
Conquering Organizational issues
Clothes on the floor are usually a sign of organizational issues. It's not that you're lazy to bring your clothes to the laundry basket; it's just that the laundry basket is not accessible for where you undress the most. If you tend to have lots of clothes on the floor in your bathroom, thinking about having a small laundry basket in there will make a big difference.
CLEANING HABITS
STAINS
If you don't want stains in your bathroom, clean them as soon as you make them. Don't let them dry.
For example, after doing your make up, cleaning off your counter and a quick dry wipe of whatever stain you see will help you tremendously.

If you dye your hair, you could try washing your hair dye in your kitchen aluminum sink than in your white tub or sink.
-fair warning, you shouldn't eat reading this part-
After using the toilets, the stains may require couple more flushing. you can also pour some cleaning gel and flush right after. It is actually best to do that first before brushing your toilet bowl. But, if the stain is pretty fresh, you wouldn't need to use your toilet brush at all.
DULLNESS
It either means the surface needs to be cleaned or it means your cleaning products are destroying it.
MOLDS
White mold VS EFFLORESCENCE
White mold is tricky to recognize, but usually, what many see as white mold is actually efflorescence. It is very tricky to diagnose and has nothing to do with the bathroom itself but more with how it was built. If you see white residue on your tile, don't waste money on cleaning it. Fix the issue first. Ask a specialist for help.
Pink & black moldS
They require moisture, warmth, and many other conditions to grow.
You might think warmth is only a concern during summer, but not really. The warmth is year-round in the bathroom. During winter, the warmth is due to the hot water from the showers. In summer, the high temperatures take the lead, and in some households, mixed in with hot showers. Since, we can't do without the warm temperatures, but we can easily keep our bathrooms dry. And that doesn’t require a special spray.
The vent installed in your bathroom should be run not only during your shower time but after as well. The goal is to keep the bathroom completely dry. It is best to let the vent run longer after a shower.
It is also best to leave the windows or bathroom door open to air it out throughout the day, as long as it is safe to do so.
